NEW ITCRA PRESIDENT IS DIVERSITI'S DEBORAH HOWARD ITCRA President for the past four years Taylor Coulter Director, Penny Coulter has retired as President of ITCRA but remains on the Board. The new President is Chandler McCloud senior executive Deborah Howard (Managing Director of Diversiti) a long term ITCRA Board member and staunch supporter of the Association since its establishment. In other announcements made at the AGM, Ben Wood (Managing Director, Clicks IT) was re-elected Vice President for a 3rd term.

ITCRA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO RETIRENorman Lacy, the founding Executive Director of ITCRA since its establishment in 2000, is to retire on 1 March next year. He will have completed 9 years of service to the organisation. Mr Lacy’s retirement was announced to member companies at the Association’s Annual General Meeting held in Sydney on 19 August. A selection committee for his replacement has been appointed, a position description has been agreed and advertisements for the position will appear in the national press this coming Saturday, 23 August. The committee is expecting to be able to recommend a person to become the Association’s 2nd chief executive officer at its next meeting in October this year. Addressing the AGM on Mr Lacy’s retirement, Penny Coulter said that the Association had experienced tremendous growth under Mr Lacy’s leadership. “We have had average annual membership growth of 16% and revenue growth of 24%. The secretariat has grown by an additional person each year in that 8 year period”, Ms Coulter said. More .....
